The problem
The building was extremely dirty from a combination of algae & mould infestation, and pollutants from the activities of neighbouring businesses.
The solution
The cladding was treated with a “Softwashing” solution.
The product was applied at low pressure, and a dwell time of 30 minutes allowed the recipe to sterilise the surface., followed by a thorough rinse.
The results speak for themselves and are longer lasting & more uniform than is produced by pressure washing.
