The problem
Because food packaging is printed at this facility, the panels were very heavily soiled.
The solution
The technique used was “Softwashing” where an active product was sprayed at low pressure, with a dwell time of 20 minutes, and then thoroughly rinsed.
This method produced striking results, and is not overly time consuming , resulting in a cost effective solution.
